**Contract: 10-month Fixed Term Contract**
**Location: Hybrid/ Milton Keynes (3 days on the office, 2 days from home)**

We have a great opportunity for someone to join our Business support team as a Business Support Assistant based in Milton Keynes.
As a Business Support Assistant you will provide a variety of administrative, analytical and communication support to the Sales Management Team and Employee Engagement Executives, as well as Key Stakeholders within the business. The support will range from anything such as; booking of accommodation and transport for the Sales Management Team, through to assisting with Sales Incentive administration.

**What you'll be doing**:
- Provide accurate and administrative support to the Sales team, Managers, Business Support Team Leader and the wider function.
- Produce and communicate various information regarding the sales team via appropriate media
- Assist and administer various reports to the wider business ensuring they are accurate and meet deadlines
- Produce various statistical and analysis reports via MS Excel
- Support Sales Team Company events (Quarterly Sales Meetings, training days, etc.) when required
- Booking of accommodation and transport for the Sales Management Team inclusive of EEE’s
- Be point of contact at the office for Sales team and Managers
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, FCA principles, “Treating Customers Fairly” (TCF) & other relevant legislative requirements
**What are we looking for?**
- Proven experience communicating with different levels of the business
- Experience making outbound and taking inbound calls with confidence
- Intermediate level of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with Outlook
- Experience in an admin support role would be desirable
