**Electrical Maintenance Team Leader**

**Manufacturing**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Team Leader/Supervisor (Electrical Bias) to join the engineering team at a successful, print and packaging manufacturing company.

Reporting into the Operations Manager you will be lead a small team of Maintenance Engineers, ensuring all machines are effectively maintained and optimised to support production.

**Key Tasks**:

- Day to day supervision of a small team of Maintenance Technicians ensuring the delivery of plant objectives
- Provide hands on electrical and mechanical support on a range of print and packaging equipment
- Implement and develop a PM system and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with Production to ensure plant meets all KPI's
- Train and mentor Maintenance Technicians
- Develop engineering systems to help move the department forward
- Control costs by seeking value from suppliers
- Ensure all H&S procedures are adhered to

**Key requirements**:

- Time served Electrical/Multi-Skilled Engineer (HNC/HND)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems/software
- Experience of leading/supervising a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and willing to provide hands on maintenance support
- Strong technical knowledge
- Strong motivator - creates morale and spirit within team
- Improvement mind-set
- Excellent communication skills
