We are looking for a super organised Executive Office Administrator to join our Head Office team. We are a growing and successful franchise business with 28franchisees around the UK running alloy wheel refurbishment and customisation centres.

We demonstrate a clear passion for delivering the absolute best customer service possible to ourfranchisees and our franchisee customers

This is a very busy, varied administration role with tasks ranging from, distribute daily updates, compliance monitoring, business review preparation and summary creation and action tracking, support all meetings including the annual conference, administer all reports, reviews, targets and ensure the branches are set up on the relevant systems to ordering anniversary and birthday gifts.

You’ll work closely with the Directors on contract administration and maintenance ensuring all franchise agreements, deed of options and legal documents are up to date.

You’ll be an expert in organisation, multitasking and prioritisation comes naturally to you. With outstanding presentation and report writing, strong analytical skills and attention to detail, you are solutions focused with a strong problem-solving ability. You'll work comfortably under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines.

We are very keen for applicants to demonstrate an interest in the compliance and legal requirements of a business but overall want to see a passion for delivering the very best quality administration service.

Applicants must have there own transport due to location and also be comfortable working in an office with small dogs.
