**Customer Support Administrator**

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join our team on a temporary contract with the possibility of moving to a permanent position.

**Position**:Temp to perm, FTC

**Salary**:Competitive

**Location**:Hybrid - Kings Hill, Kent based (a minimum of 1 day in the office 4 days working from home STC)

**Hours**: 9:00 - 17:30 Monday - Friday

**Main responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Underwriting Team with admin tasks.
- Putting policy documents together and sending to clients.
- Data entry on our in-house systems.
- Managing post.

**Other responsibilities**:

- Processing new registrations of all new accounts ensuring that ‘Know Your Client’ checks are carried out and followed.
- Adding new users to existing accounts.
- Answering all website and telephone queries concerning the usability of the website and supporting clients with any queries they have on our products.
- Carry out all tasks in line with stipulated processes and procedures.
- Ensuring all tasks are undertaken in accordance with agreed standards.
- General and administration tasks.
- Processing cancellations of products ordered.
- To form and maintain good working relationships with clients, making sure to maintain a professional approach at all times.
- Assisting with monthly audits in accordance with the agreed high standards.
- Assisting our Data department with their admin tasks for bringing on board and selling mapping/data to clients.

- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible approach and ability to recognise and adapt to changing business requirements.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good organisation skills with ability to prioritise and work to deadlines to ensure strict turnaround times are met.
- Must be proactive and able to work within a team environment.
- Educated to GCSE/Standard Grade level or equivalent of a 4 or above in Maths and English.
- Office/administrative experience is necessary.
- IT skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
