You will beworking within the IT sector, in a dynamic well-establishedbusiness within a short distance of West Malling, my client pridesitself on excellent customer service, fast response times, andflexibility in customer offering.


The idealcandidate would be a reliable and friendly member of the office whois willing to join a high-performing and structured team.

Customer servicesresponsibilities

  • Answering telephone enquiries
  • UK andExport
  • Responding to Customer Emails
  • UK andExport
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting toCustomers
  • Creating new customer accounts
  • UK andExport
  • Processing quotes and orders on the ITSystem
  • Part identification using externalwebsites/spreadsheets
  • Check part number suppression'son external websites
  • Identify part lead times andconfirm with the customer
  • Releasing pick tickets andcheckback orders
  • Raising commercial invoices fordispatch
  • Part ship and contact customers when stock isbooked in
  • Downloading spare guides asrequired
  • Monitoring service repairs
  • Dealingwith service queries
  • Advising customers of warrantyinvalidation's
  • Contact Service customers requestingpart authorisation, obtaining service
JobDescription

Service supportresponsibilities

  • Account management for servicecustomers
  • Service support for partners
  • Ensuring a smooth flow of work through the workshop
  • Obtaining Purchase Order numbers for repairs
  • Monitoringstatuses of repairs
  • Responding to newcustomers
  • Ensuring correct invoicing onrepairs
  • Liaising with Purchasing for timely delivery ofparts
  • Liaising with customers regarding receipt andreturn of units
  • Supporting the effort to reach servicerevenue targets

Qualifications andSkills:

  • IT literate (Word, Excel)
  • Goodorganisational skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good attention to detail
  • Conscientious with a strongsense of quality
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to work and take instruction from Managers but also towork
independently.

  • Selfmotivating with theability to prioritise own workload
