We need a brilliant Events & Production Exec who is awesme at managing and producing events, building relationships, and has a passion for events and festivals. Culture is paramount, so it’s your attitude, commitment, ability to think creatively and inspire the team around you.

- Have experience in events and time spent working in an agency environment, ideally.
- A relentless can-do attitude; including rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in. There is a practical element to this role assisting with the delivery of creative production - setting up displays, packing promotional goods, etc.
- The ability to source, negotiate deals, place orders and manage event suppliers; and research new and existing event spaces.
- Great organisational and planning skills as you will be assisting on administrative tasks, including inventory lists, budgeting, invoicing, purchase orders, etc.
- Great relationship skills; as you will assist with recruiting and managing event staff, production managers and safety officers.
- The competence to think on your feet with whatever situations may arise while working events on-site.
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast and ever-changing environment.
- A valid and clean UK Drivers License - for use of our company car to and from events.
- A growth mindset, continually looking to learn and grow.
