We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference & Events Supervisor to join our team. As a Conference & Events Supervisor, you will assist the manager with planning, coordinating, and executing conferences and events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant management who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute conferences and events
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all event requirements are met
- Manage event registration process and attendee communication
- Oversee on-site event operations, including set-up, audiovisual equipment, catering, and guest services
- Provide exceptional customer service to conference attendees and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- **Qualifications**:_
- Previous experience in conference or event management is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficient in time management to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Familiarity with guest services best practices
