**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Weekly Nightlife Photography & Videography**:

- Capture high-quality images and videos of nightlife events, including clubs, parties, and concerts.
- Work with event organizers to understand the desired aesthetic and ensure the coverage meets their expectations.
- Edit and deliver photos and videos promptly, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- **Diverse Project Engagement**:

- Photograph and film a variety of other events such as corporate functions, weddings, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Adapt to different styles and settings, ensuring each project is executed with creativity and professionalism.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with the creative team to develop concepts and ideas for various projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and deliver results that exceed their expectations.
- **Post-Production**:

- Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software to ensure the final product is polished and professional.
- Stay updated with the latest editing techniques and software advancements.
- **Marketing & Social Media**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide content for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Assist in creating visual content strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- **Equipment Management**:

- Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment on location.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, preferably with a focus on nightlife events.
- Proficient in using professional camera equipment (ideally Sony) and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of photography and videography work, including nightlife scenes.
- Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and framing.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to cover events.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Photography, Film, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with photography/videography.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £9.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
