**Salary**: £23,088

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Purchase order and invoice processing
- Scheduling instructor led classes and supporting delegate management
- Update of training records, certification and licensing requirement on systems
- Running standard test scripts on eLearning courses
- Issuing of forms, letters or query responses to employees
- Provide clear and regular communication with service users
- Attend team contributing and where required providing agreed updates
- Support the requirements of internal / external quality and compliance standards across both Service activity and associated systems
- Ensure data is processed and managed in line with GDPR legislation and internal policies

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- Good administrative skills and experience within a fast paced environment
- Due to the variety of activity undertaken across the team it is critical that the role holder has strong organisational skills, collaboration skills, good time management and attention to detail

Desirable:

- Administration experience within a training department for example booking training courses, booking rooms and travel
- Experience of using SuccessFactors and ServiceNow an advantage
