Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Morson Talent. As an Expense Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and reconcile employee expense accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Work closely with the team to recover any money owed to the business and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Learn and utilize multiple ERP systems to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Produce and analyze creditor and debtor reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial records and reports, including KPIs and task completion.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve defined financial controls and report any discrepancies to the team leader or manager.
  • Attend customer meetings and surgeries as required to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to investigate and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
