Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner who is eager to contribute to our growth in a fast-paced global environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in our recruitment efforts, identifying and securing exceptional talent that aligns with our core values and drives our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate Effectively: Partner with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their recruitment needs and devise impactful strategies.
  • Source Exceptional Talent: Leverage various platforms, including job boards and social media, to identify and attract top candidates.
  • Create Compelling Job Descriptions: Develop inclusive and engaging job postings that reflect our organizational culture and attract diverse talent.
  • Conduct Thorough Interviews: Evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with our values.
  • Train and Guide: Provide interviewers with effective techniques to enhance the hiring process.
  • Promote Our Organizational Culture: Advocate for our values and growth opportunities to potential candidates.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Build Professional Relationships: Engage with potential candidates at industry events and career fairs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a solid understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR tools.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Tools Experience: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other HR technologies.
  • Diversity & Inclusion Focus: Proven track record in promoting diverse talent and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Employer Branding Skills: Ability to utilize social media effectively for recruitment purposes.
