The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role within our organization, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, and in their absence, to the Operations Manager.


  • In this capacity, you will be instrumental in our recruitment efforts to ensure we attract and secure top talent.
  • Your core responsibilities will encompass crafting and disseminating job advertisements, overseeing the influx of applications, conducting preliminary telephone interviews, and coordinating interview schedules.
This position requires a proactive and organized individual capable of managing multiple recruitment initiatives concurrently while upholding a high standard of candidate experience.

Monitor responses to job postings, evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make necessary adjustments.

  • Conduct initial telephone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to comprehend job specifications and candidate profiles, ensuring job descriptions accurately represent the roles.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of candidate information, including resumes, interview notes, and communication records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager or the Operations Manager.
Demonstrate initiative and purposefulness, with a focus on achieving recruitment objectives.

  • Exhibit excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Possess strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365.
