Claims Helpdesk Administrator

**The opportunity**

This is an amazing opportunity to join our Retail Protection business as a claims helpdesk / administrator, working closely with our claims assessors. This is a unique role with a mixture of call handling as well as getting involved in the administration of claims. In this role you will be:
- Taking incoming notification and existing claims query calls, providing a supportive, empathetic, and reassuring response - this could be for Bereavements, Critical Illness or Income Protection as well as several other benefits
- Logging claims data on to the system
- Supporting with any administrative tasks
