You will join a large existing team and play a vital part in supporting with the administration and smooth-running of the process of recruiting appropriate talent to join the Army.

We are looking for a Part Time Administrator to join the medical admin team that work to support the recruitment of officers and soldiers in to the British Army. There are vacancies across a number of areas which support the Medical administration team. By supporting the team, you won’t just be keeping our recruitment process running smoothly, you’ll also be helping to build lifelong careers in the army.

This is a part time role working 30 hours per week. The hours can be worked across 4 days or 5 days per week, between the hours of 9am to 5.30pm.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Handling customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone, fax and mail. Referring complex problems to senior staff.
- Responsibility for checking, collating and despatching of all documents relating to medical.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Highly IT Literate to include Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience working within an office-based environment
- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for Customer Service with the ability to go above and beyond and take ownership of any issues.
- The ability to work well under pressure
