The Estates/Post Administrator will have responsibility of the mail room, ensuring that compliance and data protection is maintained and is the point of contact for providing guidance, assistance, and support to the operation, amongst other administrate duties.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Process all incoming and outgoing mail in line with current policies.
- Act as a central point of contact for our customers and stakeholders.
- Examine outgoing mail to ensure that RPP is adhering to policy, best practice and value for money is maintained.
- Alert relevant security officer(s) and adhere to procedures for any suspect package or letter.
- Management of bulk items to Assessment Centres and Outreach Teams, including PPE.
- Manage track and trace items, assist with tracing missing documents.
- Manage both MODNet and Capita electronic filing systems to ensure documents are stored correctly in line with MOD and Capita retention policies.
- Support the Upavon Estates Manager with day-to-day requirements of the Estate we occupy at Upavon Station including Health, Safety and Compliance.
- Support and assist the wider team where required in all aspects of service delivery and business support.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Ability to work with confidential data within a confidential environment.
- Ability to organise and prioritise within a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills would be desirable
- Competent in MS Word & Outlook features such as creating group mailings, updating & preparing documents and updating contact lists.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with good organisational skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in the written form.
- Passion for customer service and high standards of delivery
