We are looking for Administrators to join the teams that work to support the recruitment of officers and soldiers into the British Army. There are vacancies across a number of areas which support the Medical, Pre-employment vetting and Assessment teams. By supporting these teams, you won’t just be keeping our recruitment process running smoothly, you’ll also be helping to build lifelong careers in the army.

For the first 6 months, during the probation period, this role will require working onsite from our offices in Upavon. After probation the role will offer flexibility to work between home and our offices in Upavon.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Handling customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone, fax and mail. Referring complex problems to senior staff.
- Checking, collating and despatching of all documents relating to Basic Training.
- Creating loading events and administrating functional skills events throughout the recruiting year
- Completing the Intake management team work, including vetting and loading checks.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Good IT skills using Microsoft Office and adaptable to in house databases
- Experience working within an office based environment, would be an advantage
- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Passion for Customer Service with the ability to go above and beyond and take ownership of any issues.
- The ability to work well under pressure
