**JOB SUMMARY**:
- Full Time, Part Time, Permanent- Hybrid- Marlow, Buckinghamshire- Salary: Up to £20533 per annum + benefits- REF: 38999We are looking for an Administrator for our client, a financial services company, based in Marlow.
This role is hybrid (3 days from the office, and 2 from home) and is only working 35 hours per week. There is also the potential to work 4 days for the right person.
In this role you provide a high-quality administration and support service to corporate clients and one of the Senior Partners.
Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, and working in a team of 6, the role will be varied and requires a numerate and articulate individual who is highly organised and self-motivated.
Skills/Experience
- Previous experience working in a busy administrative role
- Outstanding telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Team player but must be able to work independently and use own initiative
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Commitment to pass basic financial industry exam within 3 months of employment (internal exam)
