**The Role**

We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a well-organised, driven Administrator to assist with the smooth running of the agency by providing support to team members and managers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating client research documents and sales pack preparation.
- Supporting credit control.
- Supporting file checks and compliance.
- Answer and redirect phone calls.
- Call centre handover tasks.
- Order office stationery and supplies.
- Successfully complete all internal and external required training programmes.
- Complete required Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours.
- Ensure that all internal and regulatory compliance measures are accurately met.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage own workload and to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to adapt and adjust in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, and OneDrive.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
