Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Sign in clients.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining studio supplies.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Assist with organizing meetings and events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role or the tattooing community is preferred.
- Proficient in typing, data entry, and using computerized systems.
- Familiarity with Acuity is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of studio procedures and basic administrative tasks.

Schedule:

- 5 days as week. Days off will be Monday and one other suitable day of your choosing.

As a Receptionist at our company, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our studio while providing exceptional service to our clients. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

**Salary**: £26,111.00-£27,838.00 per year
