Headlands School is seeking a talented, ambitious and inspirational Lead Practitioner to support students entitled to Pupil Premium. The role will involve working closely with the Associate Assistant Head for Student Ambition and Achievement within a dedicated team.
With excellent communication skills, and experience of successfully implementing strategies to develop teaching and learning within your own class room. A highly organised individual with the ability to lead a team, instigate and see through new initiatives, introduce new strategies and evaluate their teams impact on student outcomes will all be integral to the role. You should have excellent data, organisational and communication skills to build positive relationships mentoring this cohort of students, monitor their attitude to learning grades and ensuring they remain supported to achieve their academic and career goals regardless of their prior attainment.
The successful post holder will recognise that excellent practitioners can teach across the age and ability range and have a proven track record of promoting excellent progress and outcomes for Year 11 and Sixth Form students.
