Advanced Clinical Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Humber Primary Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our primary care services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to our primary care team, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and guidelines to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare inequalities.
- Collaborate with our Practice Manager, Operations Lead, and GP Lead to develop and implement service improvements.
- Work closely with our Primary Care Matron to standardize policies and patient care, ensuring consistency and excellence across our services.
- Current professional registration (HPC or NMC)
- Independent Non-Medical Prescribing qualification
- Education to Degree level
- Qualified or working towards a MSc in a relevant area
- Qualification in Minor Illness/Minor Injuries
- Advanced understanding of relevant clinical practice, standards, and protocols within identified clinical areas
- Teaching qualification
- Minor Illness / Injury
- Leadership qualification
- Paediatric Minor Illness / Ailments
- Independent Non-Medical Prescriber for Adults and Children
- Good working knowledge of relevant IT systems
