Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Humber Primary Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care using autonomous clinical and prescribing skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical decision-making and care for patients within general practice.
  • Support the development and training of advanced clinical practice within primary care.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Manager, Operations Lead, and GP Lead to develop the service.
  • Work with the Primary Care Matron to standardize policies and patient care.

Requirements
  • Current professional registration (HPC or NMC).
  • Independent Non-Medical Prescribing qualification.
  • Education to Degree level.
  • Qualified or working towards a MSc in a relevant area.
  • Qualification in Minor Illness/Minor Injuries.
  • Full understanding of relevant policy, legislation, drivers, and their application to clinical and service areas.
