Your hours: 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday?, Rotational Shift Pattern

Your salary: £20,211 rising to £20,670

**What you’ll do and be part of ?**:

- To ensure customers are contacted in a timely manner to advise of any arrears/shortfalls on their finance Agreement.?
- To negotiate payments to ensure mínimal losses are incurred to the business.?
- Act promptly and swiftly to ensure debts are passed onto our vehicle recovery team to recover our assets.?
- Liaise with our litigation team?
- Demonstrate the Sigma values and actions?
- Effectively handle inbound & outbound calls whilst maintaining high service levels?
- Respond to all Customer enquiries in an efficient and courteous manner?
- Ensure department Service Quality Commitments (SQC’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are met whilst also maintaining high service levels and standards??
- Work transversely across Operations and throughout the business supporting your colleagues in other areas.?
