**Temporary Admin Assistant/PA**

**Pay Rate: £11.18 per hour PAYE**
**This opening assignment is for 2-3 months **The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for the Group Managing Director, Managers and Board Members for Ansa, and sister companies and to give assistance to the P A to the Group Managing Director as directed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Arrange facilitate and attend meetings and events at all levels up to and including Board - contacting attendees, booking rooms and catering, collating, and distributing papers.
- Take meeting minutes as required. Organise and Book travel arrangements and accommodation as required for various members of the organisation. Attend meetings as required
- Provide scanning, printing, and photocopying service to tight and demanding deadlines.
- Develop and maintain accurate recording systems and a comprehensive filing system, to provide efficient and readily accessible sources of information and accurate statistics. Assist in responding to Elected Members, MP correspondence and FOI requests ensuring that these are completed in a timely manner in line with agreed protocols.
- Receive, answer and deal with face-to-face and telephone enquiries from internal and external visitors to the management team including Members, general public, outside organizations and internal clients, to provide accurate information and excellent customer service, referring callers on only particularly complex issues or where matters require the personal attention of another member of the team.
