Stock & Systems Admin

**We have an exciting opportunity, for a Stock & Systems Admin on a permanent basis to join our team at the B&M Distribution Centre in Middlewich**
**Shift Pattern: Friday - Sunday from 7pm - 6am.**
This is a hands-on, varied role in a fast-paced department which offers lots of opportunity to expand your knowledge and career progression
To be successful, you will have excellent administrative and communication skills and be able to build great business relationships.
**The key responsibilities of this role are**:
- Completing aisle count/overflow /pick checks to keep stock integrity.
- Dealing with issues which occur
- Receiving stock in from deliveries and containers
- Using handheld scanners
- Using MHE 1 & 2 metre llop trucks.
- Booking in deliveries
- Liaising with buyers, booking and merchandise departments
- Creating waves, work for the pickers.
- Assist with the systematic loading of the trailer/paperwork.
- Liaising with planning department
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills at all levels (both written and verbal)
- The ability to work autonomously whilst being a team player
- Data input experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, specifically Excel
