An adviser role could cover a number of projects; which could include working on a helpline or within our community.

Training and support will be given to successful applicants and all new starters will join our Advice Academy. You'll be based in our Mountain Ash office throughout your training. Some roles offer a hybrid model. Hybrid working could include home, community or office based roles. We have offices in Mountain Ash, as well as our new office in Pontypridd. We do not offer home working or remote only roles as we believe working within our office, around like-minded people is a fantastic place to be.
