A leading law firm in Guildford seeks a skilled Healthcare Lawyer to join its team.

You will work closely with senior lawyers on complex cases involving care homes, children's homes, nurseries, hospitals, GP practices, and dental practices.

Key responsibilities include:

Advising on regulatory matters conducted by the CQC, Ofsted, and CIW

Challenging inspection reports and defending clients against civil or criminal action

Requirements:

A qualified solicitor with 1-2 years of PQE

Proven expertise in healthcare and social care matters

Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence
