Join Our Team as a Health and Social Care Solicitor

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated solicitor to join our team at G2 Legal Limited. As a Health and Social Care Solicitor, you will be working with leading individuals and key lawyers on complex work on behalf of care homes, children's homes, nurseries, hospitals, GP practices, and dental practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on aspects of regulation conducted by the CQC, Ofsted, and CIW
  • Challenge inspection reports and defend clients faced with civil or criminal action

Requirements:

  • A qualified solicitor from newly qualified to 2 PQE, with a proven expertise in health and social care matters
  • Committed to delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining the department's reputation for excellence
