Receptionist, Shireburn Arms

**Duties**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate personnel
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment book
- File patient records and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate projects as assigned by management
- Enter orders into the system accurately
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading, and scanning documents

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a medical or dental office setting
- Proficiency in Google Suite and QuickBooks required
- Strong clerical skills including typing, filing, and proofreading
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
