You will be responsible for co-ordinating the scheme at Saltburn & Loftus Leisure Centres, which involves motivating, advising and encouraging clients with varied medical conditions and abilities to participate in sports and physical activities. You will also oversee/deliver exercise sessions to referred clients including gym and group exercise sessions

We need an Exercise Referral Co-ordinator who will
- Be Level 3 Exercise Referral qualified
- Have experience in delivering referral assessments linked to the NICE guidance
- Have the ability to motivate and support customers making enjoyable visits
- Have excellent communication skills promoting equality and diversity
- Be able to work independently and manage own work load, achieve targets and support the team
- Create a fun and friendly environment in which you are a role model of professionalism, honesty and integrity as you interact with your team and centre members

This role will require working a variety of shifts and a DBS check to be completed
