**Specification Sales Manager - Wall Partition Systems**

Areas to be covered: London & South East

Remuneration: £70,000-£90,000neg + negotiable bonus

Benefits: £500 car allowance & full comprehensive benefit packages

The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Partition Systems will involve:

- Specification Sales Manager position promoting a high quality manufactured range of interior / exterior wall partition systems with inherit acoustic, insulation and fire rating properties
- Majority of your time will be spent generating specifications with architects & specifiers
- The remaining portion will be spent selling and following projects through to main contractors & sub-contractors
- Order values will range from £5k-£800k+ depending on project size and scope
- Conducting CPD seminars
- Regular site visits when required
- Will be working alongside / reporting straight into company Director

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager - Partition Systems with:

- Must have specification sales experience selling to architectural practises & specifiers
- Must have technical related product experience for example: SFS, steel framing, drylining, plasterboards, facades, risers, insulation, partition systems, acoustics, panel wall systems, fire resistant panels, insulation, blockwork walls and acoustics
- Ability to handle projects from inception right through to completion
- Ideally have a black book of contacts / projects you can bring into the business
- Consultative approach
- Hungry, determined and ambitious
