Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively seek new dealers.
  • Organise sales network by territory.
  • Collaborate to prepare monthly quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Knowledge of full product portfolio awareness through delivering company and product presentations.
  • Strong focus on building a stable project pipeline.
  • Monitor market and share sales leads with relevant colleagues.
  • Communicate efficiently with management in a timely manner.
  • Develop key relationships with high-end dealers and specifiers.
  • Successfully work both individually and with colleagues in Showroom and the A&D Specifier to achieve company objectives, targets and goals.
Skills and Experience
  • At least 5 years of within the luxury interiors industry.
  • Efficient in using CRM systems.
  • Have contacts within the A&D Industry.
  • Ability to read architectural construction drawings and plans natural stones or wood design products knowledge preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and highly organised with excellent planning skills.
  • Flexibility with working hours to attend events/meetings
