We are seeking a results-drivenSpecification Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our marketpresence within the flat roofing systems sector. The ideal candidatewill have a proven track record in sales and business development,with a deep understanding of roofing. This role offers the opportunityto leverage your expertise, build strong relationships witharchitects, specifiers, contractors, and developers, and play a keyrole in driving the success of the company.KeyResponsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans toachieve revenue targets and increase market share for flat roofingsystems.Identify and target key decision-makers, including architects,specifiers, consultants, contractors, and developers, to promoteproducts and secure specifications for projects.Build and maintainrelationships with existing and potential clients, providing technicalexpertise, product training, and support throughout the salesprocess.Stay informed about industry trends, building codes,regulations, and specifications related to flat roofing systems, andcommunicate relevant information to internal teams and customers.Trackand report on sales performance, market trends, and competitoractivity, providing insights and recommendations for strategicinitiatives and business growth.Qualifications:Understanding ofroofing products,Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicatecomplex technical information to a variety of audiences.Demonstratedsuccess in building and maintaining relationships with architects,specifiers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.Excellentnegotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written andverbal.Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targetsand driving business growth.Highly organized with strong attention todetail and the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite,and other sales tools.Willingness to travel as needed for clientmeetings, site visits, and industry events.How to Apply:
