**Missing from Home Co-Ordinator**

We are launching a new Missing from Home and Care team, delivering a robust and flexible response for children and young people who experiences missing episodes. This will include carrying out Return Home interviews, and utilising Reachable moment responses.

We are looking for a person to co-ordinate our statutory response, allocating and monitor Return Home Interviews and ensuring outcomes activity influence care planning for children and young people. This will include maintaining and monitoring our Missing and exploitation tracker, attending daily multi-agency Missing briefing. The post will be part of a new multi-agency service supporting and providing seamless interventions for children who are exploited, are at the edge of care and who experience Missing episodes
