We have a vacancy for a professional and friendly rehabilitation support worker to assist a lovely, friendly gentleman with acquired brain injury in his home and the community.

**Your duties**:
Your duties will include supporting him with his mobility and day-to-day living. You will work in his home and out in the community as part of a team.

You will support him with prompts around personal care, social and leisure activities, administration of medicine and following therapy programs set by physiotherapists.

**Hours and rate of pay**:
Approximately 64 hours, plus 4 sleeps, per monthly rota (days, evenings, sleep shifts and weekends; additional hours for annual/sick leave cover are available).

The salary for this role is £11.00 per hour, depending on experience.

**Key skills, knowledge and experience**:

- You should have previous experience of working in a Support worker role.
- You should have a full Driving Licence - **this is essential.**:

- You should be trained to NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care, and/or have the Care Certificate (or have equivalent experience e.g., completed year 1/level 4 of a recognised health profession degree course)
