With more than 50 years of packaging industry experience, our client provides a market leading distribution and supply service across the UK, Europe and US; evolving the industrial packaging and order fulfilment sectors through innovation, productivity andtrusted product brands.
**What you'll be doing**:
The Amazon Global Business Development Manager will be responsible for hunting and developing new business opportunities in existing Blue-Chip Pan European and American clients with considerable scope for both vertical and horizontal expansion.
Liaising at all levels within the organisation, the Global Business Development Manager will work closely with the Amazon Global Key Account Manager and internal functions on project management and be responsible for delivering successful new tender bids andcontracts.
**Day to day**:

- Face to Face meetings with all local level procurement teams at multiple sites across the EU and develop expansion in United States
- Face to Face meetings with Senior Procurement Team with the Client in HQ
- Managing the Tender processes with a clear focus on Growth and Margin, minimising business risk.
- Selling Value added concepts and solutions to the Client Demonstrate Equipment and products.
- Being the key driver in expanding and sourcing new opportunities within existing relationship at all levels
- Delivering effective pipeline management
- Analysing price matrix and prepare commercials, SLAs and policies for new contracts

**About you**:
This role would be suitable for someone in a large organisation with an extensive portfolio in sales looking to develop an existing account or someone who is currently in business development account management and looking for a new challenge to put their stampon a rapidly growing organisation.
A proven relationship builder with experience selling to C-Level or senior decision makers, the Global Business Development Manager will be an effective presenter, communicator, and relationship builder at all levels, with the ability to understand and translatethe business needs of organisations and individuals
**What are the requirements?**
**Essential**:

- Demonstrate evidence of the ability to continually grow accounts inside and outside of their remit
- Proven experience building pipeline of opportunities
- Competent Computer Skills Outlook, Excel, Word, SAP, Salesforce, Power
- Bi
- A full UK drivers' licence
- Valid Passport

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience working with Amazon
- Experience working in technical sales, products and services
- Experience working with industrial design
- Previous experience developing international expansion
- Previous experience in a complex sales environment
