An amazing opportunity has arisen for a HR Director that is looking to join a well-established, thriving business who specialise in providing security and surveillance products and solutions.

As a HR Director you will report to the CEO and undertake the operational lead across the core HR function and ensure the implementation of HR policies, procedures, recruitment and training strategies are in alignment with the overall business strategy.

This company is looking for someone with excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations and a thorough understanding of HR Management principles and best practice. As a HR Director you will need to:

- Take overall responsibility and accountability for the management of the day-to-day running of the HR department and provide guidance to ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient HR service.
- Review and advise upon amendments to HR related policy and procedure.
- Study and deeply understand the supported business and organization/team health, and evaluate the HR need from the organization and team perspective.
- Devise a recruitment strategy and oversee its implementation and interview senior hires where necessary.
- Facilitate the provision of support, development and training.
