**Contract**:Approximately6 Months Fixed Term Maternity Cover Contract
(Some flexibility maybe required, as this a Maternity Cover Contract)
**Hours**:37 1/2 Hours per week
**Location**:Working from home, with a requirement of 1 office day per week.

We are looking for a Case Handler to join our small and friendly team. This position will see you managing a caseload of properties from instruction through to completion.

Responsibilities of the Case Handler will include:

- Management of a property caseload.
- Communicating with clients, policyholders, and tradespeople.
- Working within client SLA's.
- Monitoring progress of all cases and relaying relevant information to all parties accordingly.
- Building relationships with policyholders and guiding them through each stage of the process.
- Managing any complaints that may arise.
- Adhering to all service quality standards set by the company.
- Previous claims management experience would be beneficial

The person:

- Previous experience of developing successful relationships within a client focussed environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Proven track record in effective caseload management.
- Diligent and conscientious approach.
- Ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Some knowledge of property maintenance and/or general building would be advantageous.

**Salary**: £22,501.00-£23,977.00 per year

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
