**Claims Handler required in Central Bristol**
**Position: Claims Handler**
**Location: Central Bristol**
**Start Date: Immediate**
**Duration: Minimum 2 months**
**Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM**
**Hourly Rate: £12 per hour**
**About the Role**:
As a Claims Handler, you will play a crucial role in assisting our valued customers with their insurance claims. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking inbound calls from customers reporting new insurance claims.- Collecting and accurately recording all essential information into our system.- Following a scripted process to ensure consistency and compliance.- Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout each call.- Each call typically lasts 15-20 minutes, allowing you to offer thorough assistance.**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar phone-based role is essential.- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- A commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.- The ability to work effectively within a team.**Benefits**:
