We have an exciting opportunity for a Case Handler to join ATE Operations in our Bristol or Bedwas offices. In this role you can expect to handle ongoing ATE cases ensuring that fair and just decisions are met. This is a great opportunity to showcase your ability to provide an efficient and exceptional service to our business partners and policyholders.

The ATE Case Handler role at DAS involves daily case management of ATE claims, which will entail a high level of customer service provision to our customers and business partners. Therefore a high level of written and verbal communication skills are essential.
