Due to increased demand from local schools and nurseries, Kidslingo Stockport East and Macclesfield, working together with Kidslingo Stockport West and Wilmslow, are looking for fabulous French/Spanish speakers to join our teams as a tutor on a freelance basis.

Teaching children aged 0-11, we are looking for a dynamic individual who can inspire children to love languages from an early age.

Working together to build a timetable that suits you and your schedule, we are looking for someone to work across both franchise areas. We cover postcodes SK1-12 and SK22.

**Job description**

We currently work in:

- Local primary schools - breakfast, lunchtime and after school clubs, curriculum and PPA lessons.
- Sessions in Nurseries, Pre-Schools and Childminders
- Private homes

There may also be scope for online zoom lessons, venue classes and holiday clubs if you are interested.

Rates of pay are £25-35 depending on class sizes. Maximum group size is 15-20 children.

This is initially a part-time role (minimum 5 hours) but this can grow depending on your availability.

**Essentials**:

- High level of French/Spanish and English.
- Use of a car and full drivers licence
- Use of a PC/Printer
- Right to live/work in UK. Please note this role is only suitable for people already resident in Stockport and surrounding areas. No relocation support is provided.
- Enhanced DBS check clearance. We practice safer recruitment so you will need to undertake a full DBS check and provide adequate references to prove your suitability to work with children.

**Highly desirable**:

- Previous experience working with children

As a self-employed position it is relied upon that you have the skills to teach Spanish and/or French and that you possess the following:

- Motivation and ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Reliability and professionalism
- Enthusiasm and confidence
- Ability to engage with children and provide good customer service to adults
- Time management and planning / prioritising abilities
- Sufficient IT skills to be able to upload / download documents, prepare invoices, prepare lessons

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £25.00-£35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
