Sales and Business Development Lead

Job Description
We are seeking a talented Sales and Business Development Lead to join our team at House of Fashion Associates Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the textiles and homeware industry, with experience working with European retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve budget goals in defined territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, direct retail, and new channels to drive sales growth
- Analyze global markets to identify new sales opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies
- Actively contribute to the long-term vision and develop international sales strategies
- Manage sales budgets for defined territories and ensure effective resource allocation
Requirements
- 5-10 years' experience in sales and business development within the homeware or housewares categories
- Strong distribution knowledge and experience working with European retailers such as Westwing, Edeka, Galaries Lafayette, Monoprix, Carrefour, Christiania Glassmagasin, El Corte Ingles
- Proficiency in at least 2 languages, preferably French, German, Italian, or Spanish
- Proven history in business development and account management in the international market within textiles/bedding/homeware products
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include pension and other great perks.
