**Your new role**

We are actively looking for a full-time administrative assistant to join the team at Mark Jermin Management.

You will ideally have experience in an office administrative setting, be able to work well as part of a team and be confident using your own initiative in a pressured environment. We are a busy office and it is imperative that you are able to remain focussed & organised with an impeccable eye for detail.

This role shares responsibility for the day-to-day running of the office which includes taking an active role across all social media, press & client promotion. You will be expected to develop a thorough knowledge of the clients’ work and should already have a keen interest in the industry.

You will support the agents and liaise with clients and the wider industry contacts. Our office is in Swansea. Interviews will begin in the next few weeks.

**Other duties include**:

- To always ensure the effective administrative assistance with a focus on good customer service.
- Delivers support services to a high standard, ensuring that activities are delivered on time.
- Processing data and information to ensure that systems are updated accurately and are always up to date.
- Telephony Duties including contacting clients, receiving incoming calls, logging details and promptly administer any actions that follow.
- General filing, administration duties and provide administration support to the team as and when required.
- Updating website and social media when required.
- To undertake any other related functions appropriate for the level of responsibility for the post, as may be assigned.

**What you need to be successful**
- Experience of IT to include Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook in an office environment.
- Experience of working within a busy office environment.
- Experience of providing effective administrative and service support.
- Excellent Communication Skills and telephone manner. Ability to work alone and as a team.
- Experience using social media platforms and content management systems is desirable.

Expected start date: March 2024

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
