**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Property Viewings**: Show our properties to prospective buyers, highlighting the best features and answering any questions they may have.
- **Gather Feedback**: Engage with viewers to collect their impressions and feedback, ensuring we understand their thoughts and preferences.
- **Communicate with Sellers**: Provide detailed and constructive feedback to sellers, helping them understand viewer perspectives and make informed decisions.
- **Facilitate Offers**: Assist in encouraging and negotiating offers, aiming for the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- **Leave Your Mark**: Ensure every interaction is memorable and positive, reflecting the high standards and personal touch that No. 86 Estate Agency is known for.
- **Have Fun**: Bring joy and enthusiasm to your work, creating a pleasant and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
