An exciting opportunity has become available to join Scottish Water’s Development Operations Team as a Business Support Co-ordinator.
What you'll do
Development Operations provide a focused technical support and administrative service relative to the delivery of new water and wastewater infrastructure for both domestic and non-domestic customers. The administrator role will cover a variety of tasks including, but not limited to;- Call handling-
- Data entry- Stakeholder engagement both internal and external.
You will play a co-ordinating role to ensure tasks are carried out to Scottish Water standards adhering to agreed service levels whilst delivering a first-class service to Customers.
You will contribute to the team objectives by sharing skills and knowledge, e.g. differing local and geographic practices and building relationships with both internal and external customers.
What you'll bring- High commitment to learning, developing new skills and putting these to use on the job.-
- The desire to deliver “great” Customer Service to our customers- Good communication, time management & communication skills- Strong organisational and numeric skills- The ability to work together as ‘One Scottish Water’ to achieve the best for our customers- Adhere to agreed KPIs and SLAs- Following training the ability to navigate a bespoke online system for work allocation and completion

The salary range for this role is £21,053.00 - 28,425.00 GBP Annual (depending on skills and experience).
