**Role**: Administrative and Client Retention Specialist
**Location**: 252 Central Park, Hengrove, Bristol BS14 9BZ
**Hours**: 10-15 hours per week
**Rate**: £12.50 per hour
**Flexibility**: Mix of daytime remote work and evening shifts on reception (Evenings Mon-Fri 4:45-7:30)

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with our community through social platforms and our dedicated app.
- Provide exceptional customer service, process transactions, and manage member inquiries.
- Drive client retention by managing memberships, resolving issues, and promoting a positive gym experience.
- Support the planning and execution of community events and social activities.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a client-facing role.
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Proficient in computer-based administrative tasks.
- Friendly and effective communication skills.
