- 35 hours per week/ Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00-1900 and alternative weekends between the hours of 09:00-17:00**

As a **Customer Retention Advisor,** you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with existing members, implementing retention strategies, and ensuring continued engagement to uphold their loyalty and long-term commitment to the business.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement, personalised support, and strategic initiatives aimed at retaining and expanding membership within the business.
- Delivering Exceptional Service to our client customers ensuring customer is at the heart of everything they do.
- Operating in a fast-paced environment, where they deliver exertional customer-focused solutions in order to retain their members.
- Effectively engaging with members who are renewing their membership
- Reviewing customer memberships and promoting our client's differences versus competitors
- Recording member data and requests in an accurate manner using our client's system
- Previous experience working within sales focused environment
- preferred but not required
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced sales contact centre, and work well under pressure to meet KPIs
- Desire to deliver first-class customer experience to over 2 million customers
- A self-motivated and passionate about finding the right outcomes for customers
- Empathetic and able to build rapport with our client's members, in an outgoing and engaging manner
