**Administrator and Projects Assistant**

**Part-time maternity cover contract (22.5 hours per week for 6 to 9 months, hours 9:00-5:30 for 3 days per week)**

**Location: central Romford**

**Salary: £25,000 pro rata + flexible benefits package**

We have an excellent part-time opportunity for an **Administrator and Projects Assistant**to join an innovative local organisation.

The team is based in**central Romford** and their mission is to support local businesses by improving the branding, promotion and infrastructure of the area in which the businesses operate.
- Previous experience supporting with the delivery of projects and/or events management
- Previous experience with general administration support (contracts proofreading, monitoring inbox, diary management, meetings agendas, minute-taking, basic finance, procurement)
- An eye for what successful promotional activities look like and the desire to implement new ideas that will make an impact
- The desire to act as a strong ambassador by consistently keeping in touch and building relationships with stakeholders
