**Overview**
2fawcett are recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join our client in Nottingham on a full-time, permanent basis. As the Business Support Administrator, you will support the HR and Finance teams with general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
**The Role & Responsibilities of the Business Support Administrator**
Being the main point of contact for visitors, callers, deliveries, post etc.
Organising and ordering stationery and equipment for all staff, including making small purchases and collections form local shops.
Maintaining health and safety and property records, booking and escorting maintenance, cleaning, and repair staff for the office.
Logging and managing equipment issue, repair, and loans,
Room booking.
Logging deliveries, obtaining, and logging quotes and basic orders and invoices (with guidance).
Use a variety of computer packages to produce accurate, well-presented documents and signage as required.
Create ID badges for all staff. And assisting HR with issuing new staff with relevant equipment, and logging returned or broken equipment and arranging its repair.
Ensure all equipment, stationery and general supplies are obtained from the most cost-effective sources.
To assist the finance team with the logging of simple orders and invoices.
Organising internal meetings, external meetings, training, and other events.
Assist with archiving and tidying activities to create and maintain a safe working environment for all.
**Requirements of the Business Support Administrator**
Ability to maintain manual and computerised systems.
Ability to work within strict procedural guidelines and to follow clear instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with a variety of audiences.
Sensitive to the needs of the people and organisations who use our services.
Able to understand complex information in verbal and written form.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and to understand the importance of this in different circumstances/ areas of work.
Ability working as an effective team member.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Prioritising and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively within an environment of interruptions and changing priorities.
Be aware of the requirements of all employees in any organisation regarding health and safety.
Enhanced DBS clearance.
**Working Hours**
37 hours per week over 5 days Mon - Fri 8.30-16.30
**Salary**: £19,650.00 per year
