Having gone through a substantial development period in recent months, now is an exciting time to join Brunel Autism Support & Inclusion Service (BASIS).

As a dynamic and creative Training & Consultancy Coordinator, you will develop, build and deliver SEND training packages and bespoke consultancy programmes across the Trust and externally as required.

Reporting directly to the BASIS Leadership Team, you will have experience throughout the Early Years/Primary and Secondary sectors and have expert knowledge and understand of Autism and Social Communication & Interaction Difficulties. With a proven track record delivering high-quality, engaging training to a variety of audiences, you will take full ownership of this exciting new role and create a thorough, Trust-wide training programme.

**Your Role**

The attached job description will detail your role in full. But at a glance, some of the key fields you will be responsible for include:

- To coordinate all areas of Training and Consultancy and its development. This will include the sourcing of venues, co-ordinating trainers from a range of providers, preparing training materials including any new themes, managing marketing and advertising, facilitating delivery and following financial processes and potentially presenting to a range of audiences.
- To have overarching responsibility for the coordination of this part of the service and ensuring effective systems are in place to manage operational administration
- To have responsibility for evaluating effectiveness of annual training programme, ensuring regular review and using quality assurance, customer feedback and market research to inform planning going forward
- To be involved with the design and delivery of the BASIS training and consultancy offer

**Your Experience**

Our person specification attached will contain the full areas of skills and experience, but it is really important to us that you feel comfortable and confident in your role, so although you may not have everything desirable, there are some essential features our appointee will need to have and these include:

- Have relevant qualifications including GCSE in Maths and English Grade A - C/4+
- A good background in Autism and SEND
- Be able to develop high quality training and marketing materials
- Full, clear UK driving licence and access to own car
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all stake holders including parents
- Be proficient in IT including Word, Outlook, and Excel
